Friends of a mum from Radlett with cancer are looking for donations and raffle prizes for their fundraising event in July.
Caroline Brenson, mother to Jack, 17, and Tilly, 13, has been fighting cancer since she was diagnosed in 2018.
After a first round of gruelling chemotherapy, she fought her way through it, only to receive the cruel news that the cancer had returned for a third time, leading to more treatment and another major surgery.
Her friends are holding an afternoon tea event at Tabard Rugby Club, as they did in 2019 (event pictured), to raise money for Caroline and her family.
Last time, the money helped fund the family’s first holiday abroad to Croatia, and the friends hope that they can create the same sort of respite for the Brensons this time around too.
The event will take place on Sunday, July 4, from 3pm to 6pm.
