A man in his 30s has been taken to hospital following a collision between a car and motorcycle.
Police were called at around 5.45pm yesterday (Monday, May 12) to reports of a road traffic collision on London Road, Hemel Hempstead.
The police said: “The incident involved two vehicles, a black Kia Niro collided with a black Yamaha RayZR motorcycle.
“We attended the scene alongside colleagues form the East of England Ambulance Service.
“Road closures were put in place within Apsley High Street whilst the incident was dealt with. These were lifted at around 7.50pm.
“A man in his 30s was taken to hospital with suspected serious injuries.”
