SAD LOSS: Man dies at Rickmansworth petrol station

Police have confirmed that a man has died at a Rickmansworth petrol station after said petrol station was closed off by the emergency services yesterday.

The incident took place in the late afternoon of Tuesday, November 15 at the Esso depot on Uxbridge Road.

A spokesperson for Herts Police stated: “We were called at 4.34pm yesterday by the ambulance service to a report that a man in his 60s was in cardiac arrest at the Esso garage on Uxbridge Road, Rickmansworth. He sadly passed away at the scene.”

The East of England Ambulance Service added: “We were called just before 4:30pm on November 15th to a cardiac arrest on Uxbridge Road in Rickmansworth. An ambulance, a rapid response vehicle, and a senior paramedic were sent to the scene. Sadly, one patient was pronounced dead on scene.”
