Large queues have formed outside of the Hemel Hempstead Primark this morning as non essential shops are allowed to reopen again.
Shops, bars and hairdressers have reopened today, April 12, in the latest phase of the Prime Minister’s roadmap to exit lockdown.
Primark fans are finally able to shop at the store for the first time this year as the outlet does not offer an online shopping option.
Debenhams, H&M and Ikea are some of the stores that are reopening again today.
