Ruislip financial company in finals for London wide award

Published on: 8th March 2019   |   By: News Bulletin   |   Category: Uncategorized

A Ruislip mortgage company has made the finals of a competition to find the best mortgage advisers in London with delighted customers being the main criteria for success.

The Mortgage and Insurance Bureau (TMIB) which is based in High Street, Ruislip, made the final of the ESTAS which recognises the best companies working in the property sector.

Kelly McNally, the firm’s General Manager said: “We are excited and proud to have made the shortlist. This competition is purely judged on client votes and comments, no fancy submissions or judging panel so it’s wonderful to know that our clients and more importantly, our amazing customer service has put us in this position.

“It’s especially nice because mortgage brokers can’t just enter this award, they have to be nominated by clients.

“It’s testimony to the hard work and expertise of our team and we’d like to say a big thank you to the clients who nominated us. We’re proud of our level of service and equally proud to have made the finals in such a competitive category.”

The company is also in the finals at the Mortgage Strategy awards which are being announced on 26th March, where they are nominated for Best Small Mortgage brokers in the UK.

The winners will be announced at a gala event on May 10 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

A statement from the organising body said: “The ESTAs are held to help brokers, conveyancers, homebuilders, estate agencies and suppliers gain recognition for the excellent standard of customer service they deliver throughout the year.”

The Mortgage and Insurance Bureau is a part of the Gibbs Gillespie group.
