ROAD COLLISION: Police appeal for footage after van and car crash in Kings Langley

Published on: 16th July 2022   |   By: News Bulletin   |   Category: Uncategorized

Police are asking for dashcam footage, witnesses and information after a van and car crashed into each other in Kings Langley.

On Friday, July 8, at around 9.20pm, a white van, of which the make and model is unknown, and a black Range Rover were in collision. The van left the scene afterwards.

Officers are currently investigating the circumstances and are interested in hearing from anybody in the area around the time who had a dashcam activated.

It is currently believed that the van was present in the area for a while before the incident and may have been travelling in a convoy with a foreign-registered dark-coloured Mercedes car.

Anyone with footage is asked to contact Detective Constable Helen Godsave via her email, at helen.godsave@herts.police.uk

Information can also be reported online at the Hertfordshire Constabulary website, speak to an operator in the Force Communications Room via the online web chat or by calling the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/54662/22.

Alternatively, you can stay 100% anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form.
