A man has been charged with burglary and vehicle interference following incidents in Watford on Sunday, August 27.
Ryan Gallagher, 31, of Orchard Close, Radlett, was arrested on Tuesday, August 29, and was charged on the same day for a burglary and vehicle interference in Mandeville Close.
Gallagher has been remanded in prison ahead of a hearing at St Albans Crown Court on Wednesday, September 27.
