Radlett Choir returned to perform a summer concert among their regular audience members known as the Pudding Concert.
The concert was held on June 25 at Karl König Hall at Delrow House in Letchmore Heath.
The summer’s concert programme started with a performance by Telemann, then continued with Alex Flood, J.S. Bach and W. A. Mozart, along with many more performers on the day.
Since the choir members offer a variety of desserts to the audience during the interval, the event is known as the ‘Pudding Concert.’
Nicola Craig, president of the choir, said: “A truly uplifting evening of musical and culinary pleasure. This summer’s concert programme was a delightful mix of celebratory anthems.
“The audience was treated, to some entertaining singing, of a standard much higher than might be expected of an amateur choir.”
Radlett Choir will be taking part, along with several other local choirs, in the Saint Cecilia Concert at St. Albans Abbey on October 15.
