The decision on whether a controversial new 600-home development will go ahead in Croxley could be made this month.
The homes are proposed on land north of Little Green Lane by RPS Consulting Services on behalf of Richborough.
As reported in last month’s CROXLEYnews, the plans were added to the agenda for Three Rivers District Council’s (TRDC) Planning Committee meeting on Thursday, July 17. However, the decision was delayed to allow for officers to visit the site.
The plans were not discussed at the committee’s most recent meeting on Thursday, August 14, so the earliest a decision will be made is at the next meeting on Thursday, September 11.
On behalf of Richborough, a spokesperson said: “Richborough will continue to engage with the local community throughout the post-submission planning process to address concerns and communicate the clear benefits of the application.”
