Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a fatal road traffic collision in Bushey.

At just after 7pm on Thursday, November 3, a black Piaggio scooter was involved in a collision with a lamp post along Little Bushey Lane.

The rider, a man aged in his thirties, sadly passed away.

Detective Constable Felicity Moody, who is investigating, said: “Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this tragic time, and we are doing everything we can to support them.

“Inquiries are ongoing at this time and therefore, I am appealing for anyone who saw the vehicle shortly before the collision or saw the incident itself to please get in touch with me at

“If you were driving in the area around the time of the incident, I would also urge you to please check your dash cams as you may have captured footage that could help with our investigation.”
