Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an incident in Radlett.
At around 9.30pm on Wednesday, June 14, it is reported that an altercation between the drivers of a Volkswagen Golf and a Honda motorbike occurred on Watling Street.
The two vehicles later collided, and the motorcyclist sustained a broken knee and was taken to hospital, where he remains.
A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent, causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving while unfit through drink. He has since been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
Detective Constable Gemma Haines, who is investigating, said: “Our enquires are continuing as we look to establish the full circumstances.
“We believe the two vehicles were travelling from Stanmore towards Radlett, and I am appealing for any witnesses to please come forward. Did you see the collision or the events leading up to it? Please get in touch if so.
“Additionally, if you have a dash cam fitted and were driving in the area at this time, please check it as you may have recorded some footage that could be crucial in progressing our investigation.”
