Published on: 23rd August 2022   |   By: News Bulletin   |   Category: Uncategorized

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following reports of a man acting suspiciously outside an address in Kings Langley.

At around 11.30pm on Friday, August 20, a man was seen looking through the windows of an address in Railway Terrace.

The same man had also been seen looking through the windows on two separate occasions back in May (27 and 28). The incidents all occurred between 11.30pm and 1am.

The man was challenged on each occasion and ran off.

No attempts were made to access the property.

The man is described as being white, around 5ft 7in tall, aged between 20 and 40 years old, with dark hair which is possibly thinning. He was wearing dark clothing on each occasion.

PC Jamielee Sullivan, who is investigating, said: “Understandably this behaviour has left the occupant of the property extremely frightened and we are keen to trace this man as soon as possible.

“We’ve been conducting enquiries in the local area and are asking anyone with information which may assist us to please get in touch.

“Have you witnessed anyone acting suspiciously in the area during the early hours of the morning? Have you captured anything of note on a doorbell camera, dash cam or CCTV? Any small piece of information could prove key to progressing our enquiries.

“If you witness a similar incident taking place, please call 999 straight away.”

Anyone with information is asked to please email
