Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an assault in St Albans.
Between 7.30am and 7.50am on Sunday, March 19, a boy was approached by two unknown teenagers on bicycles in Longacres Open Space.
It was reported that the teenagers stole his bag and pushed him to the ground, causing him to hit his head. The teenagers then left the scene and the boy went to seek help. No injuries were reported.
PC C-Jay Callaghan, who is investigating, said: “This was a frightening incident for the victim, and we are doing all we can to trace the two people involved.
“I am appealing for anyone who may have been in the park at the time and may have witnessed anything to please come forward.
