The Hospice of St Francis are continuing to celebrate 40 years of The Hospice of St Francis and, during October, Hospice Care Week.

There’s plenty coming up in support of The Hospice of St Francis:

  • Mud Pack Challenge – Sunday, October 13

There’s still time to join the legendary Mud Pack Challenge in the beautiful autumnal surroundings of Ashridge House.

Teamwork will help get you through so rally your work colleagues, inspire your friends & family and prepare for some jovial rivalry as you tackle the five (or 10) mile course together, raising vital funds to support the hospice care.

  • Firewalk, St Albans Saturday, November 2 at 2:30 to 5:30pm

Do it for the hospice and take the challenge this November. They’ll train you up and then you’ll walk across a 20ft fire lane that’s 1236 degrees Fahrenheit.

If you or anyone you know has cancer or a life-limiting illness and could benefit from their free support, just fill in a short referral form online and they’ll be in touch – stfrancis.org.uk/selfrefer
