A 39-year-old art group is returning to the Cow Byre gallery once again- after the COVID-19 pandemic forced them cancel the exhibitions for two years straight.
The Octavia Art Group will be featuring at the Ruislip artistic space from Sunday, May 1 to Sunday, May 7, with the exhibit open from 10am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday and from 2pm to 5pm on both Sundays.
The gallery will feature a wide variety of art pieces and styles. This includes wildlife photography, colourful paintings of a diverse range of media, glass and jewellery, nature-inspired ceramics, artist’s prints and fantasy-inspired wall-hung textile art.
The group is also running a series of events in the week, including a demonstration on mixed media on Thursday, May 5 from 2pm-4pm, machine embroidery on Friday, May 6 from 2pm-4pm and a duck pond market from 10am to 1pm on Sunday, May 1.
This is now the 39th year of the Octavia Art Group existing, with the new exhibitions featuring exciting new work and new members.
