PAW-SOME CHRISTMAS: Santa welcoming four-legged friends to Stanmore garden centre

Published on: 18th November 2025   |   By: News Desk   |   Category: Uncategorized

This December, Squire’s Garden Centres is inviting four-legged friends to join in the festive fun with its new Santa Paws event, taking place at 14 of its centres, including Stanmore.

On Monday, December 8, from 9.30am to 12.30pm, pups of all sizes can meet Santa himself, enjoy a special festive moment and strike a pose for that all-important paw-fect photo. Whether they’re wagging with excitement or sitting proudly for the camera, it’s sure to be a fun and heartwarming experience for pets and their owners alike.

Santa Paws is a free event, with festive visitors encouraged to make a donation to support each centre’s local ‘Charity of the Year’.

No booking is required – simply drop by and let the festive fun begin! For families joining the celebrations, children can also meet Santa during the session for £10 per child, which includes a wrapped gift and a keepsake badge.

Ross McEwan, head of festive operations at Squire’s, said: “We’re so excited to be hosting Santa Paws this year – it’s a really special event and always brings plenty of smiles (and wagging tails!).

“It’s a brilliant opportunity for our customers and their pets to make magical Christmas memories together, while also supporting the centre’s local charitable cause. We can’t wait to welcome everyone for a fun and festive morning!”

So, grab your lead, your camera, and your Christmas spirit as Santa Paws 2025 promises to be a truly paw-some way to celebrate the season!
