Parmiter’s School Parents and Carers Association (PCA) is hosting a Christmas gift fair in Garston next month, with something for everyone to enjoy.
Attendees at the school event from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, November 15, can expect a variety of goods on offer, from hair scrunchies and baking gifts to crochet toys, hand-stitched art and bookmarks. There will also be refreshments including mulled wine, mince pies and cakes.
Organisers have secured 40 stallholders selling a range of gifts and are also on the lookout for a further 10 stallholders to sell goods at the event to support the PCA.
Lindia Cooney, co-secretary of the PCA, said: “Not only will local businesses be supported by the attendance of your readers, they will be supporting a great cause. The PCA raises funds for current and future students.
“The funds raised have enabled the PCA to support the students by providing them with valuable resources, interactive smart screens in classrooms, volleyball hoops, benches, food catering pod, study skills workshops, author visits and more.”
Adult entry is £1.50 and students go free. For more information, contact parmitersfair@gmail.com
