Following on from last week’s blog announcing the fourth My Local Heroes happening on Friday 2 December I’ve some more news and a request for your help.
This year’s black tie event will be held at The Grove Hotel following a huge demand for tickets AND my disappointment at the Watford Hilton’s hosting of the 2014 awards.
I felt the Hilton were under prepared for the event and disorganised. The Grove however, is a very different kettle of fish.
Anyone who has ever been there tends to talk glowingly about the service, food and overall experience.
It will be bigger, better and an evening which gives many unsung heroes within our communities the perfect platform to be recognised and honoured.
Each nominee who makes the shortlist for a category is given two complimentary tickets.
There are 54 complimentary tickets in total and what I’m looking for from you guys are local businesses who want to sponsor a ticket.
In return your business name will be printed on the nominee’s place card, will feature on a roll of honour at the event and will also be printed in our magazine coverage of the evening. The cost of a ticket is £95 each.
You’ll also be playing your part in raising thousands for local charities and contributing to what will be an unforgettable event.
