A resident recently organised a charity fashion show in memory of a much-loved Chalfont St Peter resident.

On October 11, 2017, just two weeks after her 14th birthday, Liberty Schurer sadly passed away from Ewing sarcoma, a rare form of cancer.

Liberty, who lived in Chalfont St Peter, expressed her wish that her family and friends fundraise in her name to support research into Ewing sarcoma.

Resident Michelle Kovacs works for Tortue, a company which produces French designs. On May 16, she held a fashion show at Audley Chalfont Dene, a retirement village in Chalfont St Peter.

Michelle is “immensely proud” to have raised £1,620 for Liberty’s Legacy.
