A leading luxury developer has acquired Birchville Court lodge-house and grounds in a multi-million pound housing development.
Consero London plan to turn the 3.5 acre plot into Heathbourne Village, a £50million premium residential scheme providing 41 new houses.
Located off Heathbourne Road, the plot will include; 22 private sale apartments and penthouses, five private sale detached houses, and 14 high quality shared ownership and social rented homes.
Heathbourne Village has been designed to provide traditional English country architecture based on the local vernacular, with features including contrasting brick and render elevations, feature brick detailing, pitched roofs and bay windows.
The new address will be accessed via an entrance driveway and wide leafy boulevards, with the houses and apartments set in substantial landscaped grounds and private gardens.
Prices are expected to range from £800,000 to £2.5million depending on the market.
Consero London is in final discussions with preferred local estate agents who will be appointed to handle the sales and marketing of the development. Launch is anticipated to take place during Summer 2019.
Robert Osborn, managing director of Consero London said: “Consero London is known for the high quality of our classic British architecture and interiors and our ability to create schemes whose traditional vernacular and style compliment their local setting.”
Steven Glover, land and sales director of Consero London said: “Returning the Birchville Court site to its residential origins will create exciting opportunities for buyers since a Consero London scheme in Bushey will provide premium homes that will set a benchmarch for high quality and good design in the local marketplace.”
