Bob Blackman, MP for Harrow East, is inviting Stanmore residents to make their voices heard regarding a new development proposal for Stanmore Gardens.
Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is proposing a new development of up to 196 new homes on their site at Stanmore Gardens, consisting of one, two and three-bedroom flats.
The buildings, which will also include flexible commercial space, will be 3-5 storeys to the north, and 6-8 storeys to the south, including the commercial units and town centre car parking, just behind The Broadway.
NHG will shortly be submitting a planning application for the site to Harrow Council, having already held a public exhibition, which can still be viewed online.
Mr Blackman MP said: “Please take your time to consider the details and read the proposals. I am keen to hear your views and feedback – feel welcome to email me at bob.blackman.mp@parliament.uk with the subject line “STANMORE GARDENS COMMENTS” with your thoughts and suggestions and I will ensure that your comments are passed on to the developers.”
