Two teens have been arrested after a moped was found dumped in Abbots Langley.
Two people were arrested on Wednesday June 12 after a member of the public reported suspicious behaviour in Abbots Langley.
Police were called after a moped was seen being discarded in Raymond Close.
Officers attended and two 17-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of taking a motor vehicle without consent, going equipped for theft and handling stolen goods.
The two teenagers have been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
PCSO Dean Redhead said: “Following a call from an eagle-eyed member of the public a moped has been recovered and arrests made following the incident.
