A Ruislip-based theatre company is bringing the music of the early 20th century to the area with a production of the beloved British musical, Me and My Girl.
KLOS Theatre, who have been performing at the Winston Churchill Theatre in Pinn Way, Ruislip since 1999, will be performing Noel Gay’s classic show from November 2-5, with a performance every evening at 7:30pm and a bonus matinee performance at 2:30pm on the last day.
The musical tells the story of 1930s Cockney gentleman Bill Snibson, whose life is upturned when he finds out that he is the 14th heir to the Earl of Hareford, upon which, hilarity ensues in the English Countryside.
The show has several well-known songs, including ‘Leaning on a Lamp Post’, ‘The Sun Has Got His Hat On’, and its famous signature song, ‘The Lambeth Walk’.
