A man is said to have exposed himself to three women on three separate occasions in Bushey. On each occasion Graham Seedburgh is said to have called them across to his car to ask for directions. But St Albans Crown Court was told on Tuesday, December 13, that the women looked into the vehicle to discover the defendant exposing himself. In court Mr Seedburgh, of Sterling Avenue, Edgware, who is 27, pleaded not guilty to three offences of exposure. The jury was told the three offences took place in April, 2014. Prosecutor Phillip Levy said all three women were in their mid to late thirties who had been called across by the defendant to his car only to discover he was exposing himself and masturbating. The jury was told the first offence took place on April 18, 2014, in Aldenham Road, Bushey, around 4.20pm. The second offence is said to have occurred in Grange Road, Bushey, on April 27, 2014, at around 6pm. The final offence is alleged have taken place two days later in London Road, Bushey, just after 1.30pm. The prosecutor said each of the victims told police the man had a pony tail and was in a parked car. In the witness box the woman said to have witnessed the first incident in Aldenham Road told the court she had been walking on her own towards Watford where she planned to meet friends. She told the jury: “There was a guy asking me for directions. He wanted to know the way to Bushey Mill Lane. I took my phone out to check Google Maps.” The woman told the court that because she was looking at the map on her phone, she wasn’t paying attention to the man. She said she leaned into the car through the front passenger window and started to explain how he could find the road. She said she still wasn’t looking at him and when she realised he wasn’t saying anything back to her, she looked up. She added: “His private parts were uncovered and I could see he was pleasuring himself. I said ‘Oh my God’ and pulled out of the car window and walked away.” The jury was told that following the last incident in London Road on April 29, 2014, the woman victim managed to take down part of the number plate of the car.   It lead to the arrest of the defendant, said the prosecutor, who told the court that when police searched his vehicle, a tissue was found in the back which contained his semen.
