Floral tributes have been laid at the home of a man who was found hanging from a balcony at flats in Pinner. The man, named locally as Richard Pamphilion, 51, was discovered on the morning of November 28 in Hazeldene Drive. Police officers and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene, where Mr Pamphilion was pronounced dead and his death is being treated as non suspicious. Tributes have poured in for Mr Pamphilion, who did a lot of art work at his home and gave it to local charities. One neighbour said that “Richard was a lovely man” and “he was always looking out for us and would always help us whenever he could.” The neighbour added that he was shocked when he found out about his tragic death and added “it was like a nightmare and it still is.” One card left on flowers outsides the flat said: “Richard you are at peace now. Good night our friend.” Another said: “Richard you will live on in your works of art. Much missed.” Did you know Richard or where he donated his art work to?
