Police were called to Milton Keynes Central railway station at around 10.40am today (Wednesday, January 15) following a fatality.
The British Transport Police shared: “Officers were called to Milton Keynes Central railway station at around 10.40am today (January 15) following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
“Paramedics also attended, however sadly a person was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
All lines have reopened after the earlier incidents but trains running between these stations may continue to be delayed by up to 45 minutes, cancelled or revised.
Disruption is expected until 6pm.
