Excitement is building in Abbots Langley as preparations get underway for the village’s annual fireworks celebration, hosted by the Watford Lions Club on Friday, November 7.
The event will take place at the Manor House Grounds on Gallows Hill Lane and promises an evening of family fun and community spirit.
Visitors will be able to enjoy amusements, hot food and a licensed bar before the main display begins at 7.30pm.
The fireworks, presented by Whizzz Bang Fireworks, will light up the sky in the village while JP Discos provide the tunes. One lucky attendee will even be chosen through a ticket draw to press the button that starts the firework show.
All proceeds collected on the night will support the Watford Lions Club CIO, a registered charity that funds local causes.
The event is sponsored by Abbots Langley Parish Council and Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden.
Organisers hope the display will once again bring families and friends together for a memorable night under the autumn sky.
