Police are appealing to identify two individuals after an attempted keyless car theft in Radlett.
It was reported that at around 3am on Wednesday, September 25, at an address on The Ridgeway, four individuals gained access to a private driveway unlawfully in an attempt to take a keyless car without the owner’s permission.
PC Nikolett Kulisch, of Bushey & Radlett Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “I am appealing to the public to assist in tracing these two men, as it is believed that they were in the area at the time of the incident and may have information to support our inquiries.
“If this is you, or someone you know, please report any information to me by emailing Nikolett.Kulisch@Herts.police.uk
“Thieves attempting to use ‘relay’ devices will approach homes and scan for the keyless signal. They will usually be carrying a bag with the device inside, which they will move around until a signal is detected. If you see something that looks suspicious, call 101.”
