Published on: 31st January 2023   |   By: News Bulletin   |   Category: Uncategorized

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an indecent exposure in St Albans.

The incident occurred sometime between 1pm and 1.45pm yesterday (Monday, January 30), along Heritage Close.

It is reported that a man indecently exposed himself while walking near the parade of shops.

DC Lauren Jackson, who is investigating, said: “Our enquiries are continuing and I would like anyone with information to please come forward.

“As this happened near a parade of shops, the area may have been busy and so there could be several witnesses.

“If you saw anything, have any CCTV footage, or saw anyone acting suspiciously around the area at the time, please email me at lauren.jackson@herts.police.uk.”

You can also report information online at herts.police.uk/report, speak to an operator in the Force Communications Room via the online web chat at herts.police.uk/contact or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/8283/23. Always dial 999 in an emergency.

Alternatively, you can stay 100% anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form at crimestoppers-uk.org.
