A new gym opened by a Radlett fitness instructor and a reality TV contestant is going from strength to strength.
Zak Rossides has teamed up with Giuseppe Caggiano, who previously took part in SAS: Who Dares Wins back in 2018. The show sees contestants tested mentally and physically by ex-special forces operatives.
Their new gym, CIRC-HIIT in Verulam Estate, St Albans, opened this summer and has already proved to be popular.
Zak, who is also a former Team GB gymnast, and Giuseppe opened CIRC-HIIT after struggling to find somewhere to run their boot camps and personal training classes.
Zak told RADLETTnews: “It’s been amazing to open the gym. We’re passionate about making it an experience, being inclusive and having a real sense of community.
“Whether you are a beginner or at an advanced level, we welcome you to come try us out.
“We’re both really experienced and we pride ourselves on keeping the circuits interesting. We have our own style and we like to keep people guessing so sessions are always unique.
“We’re also keen to support other fitness instructors who run exercise classes and are struggling to find a venue. Both Giuseppe and I have been in that position, so we encourage anyone looking for a venue to get in touch.”
