At the annual Middlesex county golf dinner held at the Copthorne Tara hotel in Kensington on Sat 17th Feb, Pinner Hill Golf Club was awarded the ultimate accolade, voted Middlesex County Golf Club of the year for 2018.
It was received on behalf of the club by the chairman, Mr John Culling.
As a bonus to this award, club junior organiser Mr LLoyd Millwood was presented with a lifetime achievement award for services to junior golf going back several years. Pinner Hill Golf Club has one of the largest junior sections in the UK.
John Culling said, that at last, the Middx golfing world is realising what a fine golf club Pinner Hill has become over recent years.
