A 19-year-old man who was arrested on March 18 for possessing cannabis has been charged.
Ayaaz Khan, of Micklefield Road, Leverstock Green will appear at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on April 26.
He has been charged with possession with intent to supply a Class B drug – cannabis.
Police were called to the road at 2.45pm after reports of a man acting in an aggressive manner towards several people inside a car.
Ayaaz allegedly was acting in an aggressive manner towards several people with a knife.
An eyewitness said there were four males in the car.
The vehicle then left and the male went back inside his address.
No charge was made regarding the knife.
