Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to for help with their enquiries following a theft from a shop in Croxley Green.
It happened at the Co-op on New Road between 9.20pm and 9.30pm on Tuesday, March 12.
The offender entered the store and put five boxes of wine into a basket before leaving without making any attempt to pay.
PCSO Steve Jacob, from the Three Rivers Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “We would be keen to hear from anyone who recognises the person pictured, as we believe he could help us with our investigation.”
“We are working with the store’s management team to offer support and crime prevention advice in order to protect them from further crime.”
Any witnesses or anyone with information should contact PCSO Jacob on steven.jacob@herts.pnn.police.uk, report information online at herts.police.uk/Report or speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via online web chat, quoting reference 41/23391/19.
