A Croxley church is looking for help with raising money to refurbish the church hall.
All Saints’ Church is planning a refurbishment project to take place this summer, but a further £10,000 is needed to fully realise this.
A spokesperson for the church said: “We want to fix and repaint the ceiling, repaint the walls and woodwork, replace the old radiators with more efficient ones, and do work on the floor to make it clean and easy to maintain.
“We also want to update the lighting to modern LED lights, fit new curtains and replace noticeboards. We want to have a clean, bright space which helps us to lower our carbon footprint.
“It will be a nicer space for everyone who uses the hall, such as the many community groups, as well as church groups.”
As part of this, the church is hosting a coffee morning at the hall from 10.30am to 12pm on Friday, April 28, with sales going towards the refurbishment fund, as well as an afternoon tea dance in the hall on Saturday, April 22.
