Officers have re-released CCTV images of a person who might be able to help their enquiries following an incident of sexual assault by touching in Watford.
The incident happened in St Albans Road near to the Esso petrol station on Monday 21 June.
At around 10.40am, a 16 year old girl was waiting at the bus stop and as she began to board a bus, a man touched her bottom. He then walked off in the direction of Leavesden Road.
Detective Constable Marius Edghill, who is investigating, said: “We’ve been carrying out extensive enquiries into this incident and we are extremely keen to identify the person pictured as he was in the area at the time and could have vital information.
“Our previous appeal generated a potential identity for the man but unfortunately this has now proved negative.
“If you recognise him, or have any other information that might help, please call the non-emergency number 101 or email me at Marius.Edghill@herts.police.uk quoting crime reference 41/46559/21.”
