Published on: 13th January 2021   |   By: News Bulletin   |   Category: Uncategorized

Police have released the CCTV image of a man they would like to identify and speak to following an incident of theft and fraud in Watford.

A victim had a new bank card stolen in the post, the card was then used online to purchase items in November.

PC Sophie Rankin, who is investigating, said: “Enquiries to try to identify this man have been unsuccessful and so I’m now appealing for the public’s help.

“I would like anyone who recognises this man to contact me as we believe he could have information to assist our enquiries into this incident.”
