Vulnerable people in Croxley Green and across Three Rivers can ask for support by filling in an online form on the council’s website.
This is available for people that need support for food, essential supplies, walking a dog.
People that need someone to talk to on a regular basis because they are on their own can also ask for help.
They can visit threerivers.gov.uk search for coronavirus – request for support and fill up the form available, where they will have to submit their personal details and information on what sort of support they need.
They can also ring the customer service centre on 01923 776611. The call centre is open Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5.30pm, Friday is 8.30am to 5.00pm.
All requests received between Monday and Thursday will be responded to by the following day. They will check requests received on a Friday and respond by the following Monday.
