Hertsmere Borough Council (HBC) held two Healthy Hub pop-up sessions last month.
The events took place at Radlett Library on Tuesday, November 8, and Phillimore Court on Tuesday, November 22.
The sessions aimed to provide lifestyle support for individuals and their families. The subjects covered included mental health, physical activity, weight management, smoking cessation, health MOTs, nutritional advice, lateral flow testing kits and sexual health testing kits.
The hub is a one-stop shop providing information, support and advice and is free of charge.
HBC also ran sessions in other areas across Hertfordshire, including Borehamwood, Potters Bar and Bushey.
The events aim to support and improve the health and wellbeing of local communities.
Drop-ins are welcome, as well as bookable appointments.
