Local taxi drivers, companies and passengers can have their say on Watford Borough Council’s proposed ‘Vehicle Licensing Policy’.
The proposals look to update the current policy and to shape the quality of service in the town.
The draft policy builds on four broad objectives; the safety and welfare of the public and drivers, enhancing customer service, encouraging environmental sustainability and ensuring efficient and effective taxi and private hire provision in Watford.
To understand the views of trade members and the public, you can complete the survey at surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Vehicle-licence-survey-2019, which runs until October 1.
Elected Mayor of Watford, Peter Taylor said “We’d like to know your views on the Vehicle Licensing Policy, so I hope that everyone will complete the survey to have their say.
“We are committed to making sure that we have a licensing policy that works for drivers and passengers in our town.”
