A Rickmansworth resident who works as a hypnotherapist has released a new book that aims to teach people ways to avoid anxiety and be happy.
Gina Ross, who works at Rickmansworth Hypnotherapy, has used her previous experience as a teacher at Yorke Mead School to use a lesson-based pattern to structure the book, titled 14 Lessons in Happiness: A Guidebook on Improving your Life.
The book aims to help people rebalance their lives using Gina’s techniques, allowing them to experience an inner calm, reduce anxiety and improve their self-confidence and self-love.
Talking about the book, Gina said: “Happiness is something we all strive for, often engaging in activities, exercise, hobbies, travel or relationships in the hope of finding it.
“Over time, however, we all need to come to the realisation that happiness is not out there to be found. It is simply a choice.
“We can choose to be happy regardless of outside circumstances and my book will show you exactly how to do this.”
14 Lessons in Happiness can currently be bought on the Amazon and Barnes & Noble websites, either in paperback on in a Kindle eBook format.
