Chalfont St Peter AFC may have had their season cut-short due to the coronavirus outbreak, but that hasn’t stopped them from doing their bit and raising money for the NHS.
On May 16, the Saints announced via their Twitter account that players, staff, and members of the committee had come together to raise £1,000 and will be donating it to the Chalfonts and Gerrard Cross Hospital.
Today we can announce that, as a club, between the player’s and committee’s contributions, @csp_afc will be donating £1000 to Chalfont & Gerrards Cross Hospital.
Here is the Skipper @Lukeyells with a message to the Hospital and all its staff.

A spokesperson for the club, via their website, said: “They have decided to donate their ‘naughty’ fines to the staff at the Chalfonts and Gerrards Cross Hospital and this has been topped up by the club’s committee to a total of £1,000.
“The ‘naughty’ fines comprise the penalties paid for the myriad of real, and imaginary, offences the players commit during the season and are usually used for an end-of-season party.”
