GRAFFITI INCIDENT: Man arrested on suspicion of religiously aggravated criminal damage in Watford

A man has been arrested on suspicion of religiously aggravated criminal damage following an incident which occurred at The Imam Hussein Foundation Centre, North Approach, Watford, overnight October 4 into 5.

Officers have been investigating after reports graffiti had been painted on the building.

The man remains in custody at this time.

Officers will be conducting proactive reassurance patrols at key locations in response and encourage members of public to report any suspicious activity, safety concerns or incidents.
