Abbots Langley Carnival is set to return in June with a whole of host of exciting entertainment.
Organised by Watford Lions Club and sponsored by Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, Abbots Langley Parish Council and M. K. Ginder & Sons, entertainment at the popular event will begin at 1pm on Saturday, June 10, and end at around 5pm.
The master of ceremonies, Mr Jack Mawhinney of J P Discos, will introduce the Berkhamsted Random Ukulele Players, whose musical mixes were a hit at last year’s carnival.
Visitors can expect pipes and drums from the Harpenden Pipe Band, who will be joined by the St Albans Morris Dancers. There will be displays from Twisted Cheer & Dance and the Charlotte Amelia School of Dance.
There will also be baton twirling from the Revelation Majorettes and magic and balloon modelling from Mr Marvel, with the entertainment culminating in a children’s disco.
