Watford’s MP paid a visit to the newly opened adventure course in Garston.
On Thursday June 24, Dean Russell MP visited the Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Park in Woodside Leisure Park.
The indoor adventure course, inspired by the television show Ninja Warrior, opened on June 17 and it is the first of its kind in the region.
Speaking to GARSTONnews about his visit, Dean Russell MP said: “I was pleased to tackle a brand new adventure course that has officially opened in Watford.
“The Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Park in Woodside Leisure Park will be a huge addition to Watford. I was pleased to overcome the famous warped wall after a lot of encouragement from Chris Kamara (Ninja Warrior UK co-presenter).
“It was great to hear cheers from Chris and the crowd whilst I attempted the challenge!
“After taking off my jacket and tie, I ran up and made it to the top (with a little help from the great staff team!”
The 23,000ft2 indoor facility includes obstacles to climb, balance, jump and swing across, as well the famous Warped Wall.
Wannabe ninjas need to preserve some extra energy to tackle the additional inflatable course and if that’s too much, the Ninja Café is a great place to watch and refuel.
