Police, fire and ambulance services were called at around 2.07pm today (Wednesday, November 6) following a collision into a block of flats in Civic Close, St Albans.
Two vehicles were involved, a Honda Jazz and a Ford Focus.
The Honda also struck a wall.
One person was taken to hospital with what were believed to be slight injuries.
