Watford FC have announced that they have signed 36-year-old Brighton and Hove Albion striker Glenn Murray on a season-long loan.
The former Crystal Palace forward scored 30 goals for the Eagles in the Championship during their 2012/13 promotion campaign.
He also scored 23 times for Brighton to help them get promoted to the Premier League in 2016/17.
Murray is Vladimir Ivic’s second signing since being appointed in August after the club confirmed Jeremy Ngakia also joined the Hornets from West Ham United.
There are now just 10 days until Watford’s campaign kicks off as they welcome Middlesbrough to Vicarage Road on Friday, September 11.
