Abbots Langley residents are being encouraged to book their slot as Santa returns to village homes again this year.
The door-to-door Santa was set up by local resident Dean Courtney during the lockdown in 2020 as a way to “keep the magic of Christmas alive”.
He said: “During the lockdowns, as a parent I saw how kids had been affected.
“The idea is to go from door to door and provide a personalised visit from Santa and a gift of a Christmas-related book.
“We had such a good response last year, we couldn’t not do it again.”
Last year, more than 1,000 presents were delivered throughout the village and beyond.
