Attention food and music lovers, Tom Kerridge’s lush festival is back and is a must.
Due to the sell-out success of last year’s Pub in the Park festival, it is back for 2019, and is coming to Verulamium Park in St Albans for the first time ever.
Tom Kerridge – the UK’s favourite pub proprietor will be bringing his chef mates to the party for a relaxed and intimate gathering; supporting and celebrating local talent, as well as presenting some of the biggest names in food and music at his Pub in the Park festival.
At each venue, there’ll be Michelin-starred and award-winning pubs and restaurants serving tasting dishes showing their signature style.
Every event will celebrate the very best food the country has to offer, combined with great live music, chef demonstrations, top quality shopping and other festival fun.
The St Albans pub line-up is looking delicious with some stunning pubs including Kerridge’s two Michelin starred The Hand & Flowers and Angela Harnett’s Café Murano, along with Indian restaurant with a European twist Café Spice Namaste, Tim Allen’s Flitch of Bacon and local favourite Dylans – The Kings Arms.
A proper pub wouldn’t be complete without its live music, so you’re in for a treat.
The first names announced for St Albans include singer songwriter Tom Odell, Scouting for Girls, Razorlight, Stereo MCs, Bart Foley, Will Young, The Rifles, Toploader, Sound of the Sirens, Claudia Stark, Holloway Road, The Christians.
Tom Kerridge said: “Last year’s Pub in the Park festivals were so much fun, I can’t wait to bring excellence in food, world class chefs, ace music and an awesome vibe to eight locations across the UK this year.”
Pub in the Park is hitting Verulamium Park, St Albans this weekend (September 13 to 15) and tickets and further information can be found at pubintheparkuk.com
