A 23-year-old Watford man is due to go on trial next month accused of murdering his father.
Husnein Amjad’s is alleged to have killed 52-year-old Amjad Hussain, who was found with serious injuries in his home in Fuller Road, Watford just after 6pm in the evening of Thursday, October 28, 2021.
Paramedics and the air ambulance were called, but he died at the scene.
Today (Thursday, January 5) at St Albans Crown Court Judge Richard Foster said the trial will begin on February 27.
