A Hemel Hempstead man has denied being in charge of a dangerous XL bully dog after a woman was bitten on the face.
Daniel Jones, 40, of The Spires, Seldon Hill, Hemel Hempstead pleaded not guilty at Luton Crown Court today (Wednesday, September 13) to being in charge of a dog that was dangerously out of control on April 23 this year.
Prosecutor Sarita Basra said the owners of the dog, which is called Zeus, were walking with Mr Jones at the time. They are not being prosecuted.
Judge Rebecca Herbert bailed Daniel Jones for a trial on March 3, 2025.
